Land development – legal opinion
The law firm has prepared a legal opinion for a Warsaw-based company operating in the agricultural biogas plant market.
The subject of the analysis was the risks associated with the suspension of administrative proceedings for a construction permit, due to protests by some owners of neighboring plots. The legal problem also concerned the possibility of resuming the
administrative proceedings by owners left out of the zoning proceedings. The correctness of the authorization of the persons representing the state budget units involved in the proceedings was also analyzed.
