Sequestration – decision of the court of first instance

After a two-year trial, the district court upheld the law firm’s client’s rationale and declared that the ownership of two plots of land used by the client’s family for many years in Poznan’s Szczepankowo district had been acquired by way of a reservation of title. The tabular owner of the property was the City of Poznań. The ruling is not final.
