Reprivatization – return of another palace

After lengthy administrative proceedings attorney-at-law Przybecki obtained a decision confirming that the park and palace complex located within the current boundaries of the City of Konin did not fall under the provisions of the Land Reform Decree. The ruling, once it becomes final, will open the way for reconciliation of the contents of the land register with the actual legal status, as well as claims for damages against the facility’s owners.
