Reprivatization – proceedings before the governor
The firm has developed and submitted proposals to the Wielkopolska governor for three park and palace complexes.
The purpose of the initiated proceedings is to obtain an administrative decision stating that the residential part of the former landed estates did not fall under the provisions of the decree on the
carrying out land reform. Obtaining positive decisions makes it possible to begin efforts to register the former owners in the land register.
