Registration of public benefit organizations

The law firm’s task is to bring the association’s charter into compliance with the strict requirements that regulations impose on opps, and then carry out amendments to the charter.
Once the relevant amendments have been passed, it will be necessary to register the amended statute with the National Court Register.
