Necessary road easement – investor’s last chance

At the request of the owners of a number of building plots in one of the municipalities near Poznań, the law firm is preparing an application to the district court for the establishment of a necessary road easement, without which full access to the investors’ plots is impossible.

The existing internal road is too narrow to provide the owner’s property with proper and legal access to the planned construction facilities, so it is necessary to establish a necessary road easement involving the widening of the existing internal road owned by the customers.

If negotiations with the owner of neighboring properties do not yield constructive solutions, the only option will remain the initiation of legal proceedings.
