Nationalization of enterprises – favorable verdict in Warsaw

After holding a final hearing and hearing from an expert in accounting and business valuation, a Warsaw court ruled to award the law firm’s clients the sum of PLN 163,000 in compensation for a family business illegally nationalized in the 1960s. The verdict is not final.
