Land development – legal opinion for the developer
Attorney-at-law Tomasz Przybecki was commissioned by a Poznan developer to prepare a legal opinion on the admissibility of issuing a zoning and land use decision for an investment involving the revitalization and expansion of a residential building.
One of the key issues was to determine the rules for the urban planning authority to determine the permissible percentage of development of a plot, and in particular whether the parameter
must always be derived from the average percentage in the analysis area, or is it possible to determine it based on other criteria.
