Land development – legal opinion
The law firm prepared a legal opinion for a group of Poznań residents in connection with the procedure for changing the study of the conditions and directions of spatial development of the city of Poznań.
Clients organized as an association purchased land intended for single-family residential development, but subsequent city policy has prevented them from starting development, and planned changes to the study may exclude the land in question from development at all. In turn, the amendment of the study itself in practice
makes it impossible to formulate compensation claims, which puts the law firm’s clients in a stalemate. The purpose of the opinion is to diagnose the legal state and seek solutions to get out of this troublesome situation.
