Land development – development conditions for large settlements

The firm has filed an appeal against the decision of the Mayor of Poznań refusing to issue development conditions for an investment involving the construction of a single-family housing estate on more than 130 plots of land.

The total analysis area designated in accordance with the regulations was more than 1,000 hectares. The case is multifaceted and legally complex. In particular, of interest to lawyers

of the law firm was to justify the permissibility of locating the development on multiple parcels of land and to define the sent continuation of functions and building lines for a non-standard development.
