Intellectual property – a settlement in the IT industry
Today, the law firm witnessed the successful conclusion of negotiations between two companies – an IT service provider represented by attorney-at-law Przybecki and the contracting company.
The subject of the dispute was the personal and property copyrights to the software works (source code), the correctness of the settlements between the parties and the quality of the work.
The parties, assisted by lawyers, signed a settlement agreement and thus avoided years of litigation.
