Illegal clauses – wins before the SOKiK in 9 proceedings

After more than a year of proceedings, the Court of Competition and Consumer Protection in Warsaw upheld the arguments presented by the law firm in nine proceedings against the client, where each concerned a separate contractual clause. The sentences are not final.
