Defamation – private indictment
Today was the first hearing in a private indictment filed by a law firm client in a defamation and insult case involving numerous statements published in the form of a blog and videos.
Mr Przybecki prepared and filed a private indictment in court. Increasingly, the law firm is being approached by people who are aggrieved by statements published on the Internet, for whom the initiation of criminal proceedings is
the only effective means of protecting a good name. In such a situation, the firm’s lawyers act as attorneys for the private prosecutor.
