Construction law – settlements with the general contractor
The firm represents the investor in the construction process in a dispute with a general contractor for industrial and warehouse facilities.
The dispute relates to the calculation of contractual penalties, the maturity of individual tranches of remuneration and withdrawal from the
contract in the unexecuted portion. If negotiations fail, the case will end up in the courtroom.
