Capital companies – the concept of activity
Commissioned by a Polish investor, the law firm is developing a legal and tax concept for his participation in a major meat venture.
The law firm’s task is to create a concept for the client’s participation in a company with foreign counterparties, to secure the capital it contributes, and to contractually regulate the relationship between the production and distribution company. It is necessary not only to analyze the company law, but also legal and tax
analysis. The result of our work will be the creation of a draft memorandum of association, bylaws of the company’s bodies and a number of agreements related to the contributed funds and the company’s cooperation with external entities.
