Architecture – another trial in Krakow
Today, another hearing was held before the District Court in Krakow against a law firm client for the unenforceability of a writ of execution for an amount of several hundred thousand zlotys.
This is part of a long-standing dispute between two design companies that once formed a design consortium set up to build a major performance venue. The dispute centers around the legitimacy of deductions
made by the claimant, substitute performance and a number of complicated issues related to construction law and public procurement law.
