Agricultural land – first hearing
The first hearing in the proceedings to abolish the joint ownership of agricultural and building land in one of the suburban municipalities of Poznań took place today.
The law firm represents co-owners representing 50% of the shares. The dispute is complicated by the varying
land use and location, and on the very large number of participants in the proceedings (48 people).
