Economic turnover – collection of debts for construction works

Thanks to the law firm’s swift action, the general contractor of the construction work on the development project obtained a writ of execution (a payment order with an enforcement clause) and led to directing enforcement against the property of the development company.

In this type of situation, days and sometimes even hours count, especially when a developer sells off newly built units that are his only assets. In such situations, it is expedient to obtain a court order

on injunctive relief, and if the collected documents allow it – a warrant for payment by order or writ of payment.
