APLICATIONS TO THE GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY OF POZNAŃ
The collection of applications to the general plan of the City of Poznań has begun. Applications can be submitted by anyone interested, in particular by owners of properties located in Poznań. The deadline for submitting applications is October 31, 2024.
As we indicated in an earlier article (link: https://przybecki.pl/pl/planu-ogolny-gminy-miasto-poznan/), the general plan will designate planning zones covering separable areas of the city. The provisions of the general plan will determine the provisions of the local zoning plans adopted in the future. The general plan will also designate areas where it will be possible to obtain development conditions in the absence of a local plan. In other words, it is the general plan that will outline whether an area can be developed in the future, and what functions the development can perform.
The subject of the findings of the general plan will also be municipal urban planning standards, that is, rules for determining the characteristics of permissible development in terms of among other things, height, intensity and the minimum area that a plot must reserve for areas excluded from development. Precise formulation of applications can have a significant impact on their successful consideration already at the drafting stage of the general plan, as well as throughout the subsequent process of preparing the general plan. Based on experience, the law firm assists in the preparation of applications to the general plan.
