Unfair competition – takeover of employees and contractors
The law firm initiated proceedings against the entrepreneur, who committed a number of acts of unfair competition against the client consisting of, among other things, taking over its employees and most of its contractors.
A summons has been issued to desist from violations, make appropriate statements to the press, and repair the damage. Work is now being completed on calculating the damage, which
requires cooperation with chartered accountants and economists. A lawsuit will be filed in the coming weeks.
