Transmission easement – water pipeline on the plot of land

The law firm represented owners of properties located in Poznań through which a water main runs in negotiations with the operator of the transmission device. As a result, a settlement was reached involving notarization of the transmission easement and payment of compensation for non-contractual use of the property.
