Transmission easement – new case against water pipeline operator
The law firm undertook the representation of three owners of neighboring properties in a case against the operator of a water main located in Poznan.
After analysis and consultation with appraisers, the final values of claims for compensation for the establishment of transmission easements and for non-contractual use of the property were determined.
A summons will be submitted to the transmission company in the coming days, and a lawsuit will be filed if negotiations fail.
