Transmission easement – high voltage line

The firm petitioned the court to establish a transmission easement and sued for payment of remuneration for the non-contractual use of the property by the operator of a power line in one of the municipalities near Poznań. The claims were calculated in consultation with property appraisers. The peculiarity of the case is that the unlawful foundation of the high-voltage line deprived the client of the use of the entire plot of land, even though the protective zone of the line is narrower.
