Transmission easement – claims by developers

On behalf of a Poznan real estate development company, the law firm filed claims against the operator of a major water main for compensation for the establishment of a transmission easement and compensation for non-contractual use of the property in previous years.

The client’s claims are based on the fact that a water main runs through his investment land, so from its protection zone the land cannot be used for its intended purpose (development

multi-family housing). In cooperation with real estate appraisers, the law firm will negotiate, and if that fails, it will go to court.
