Transmission easement acquisition – defense in court proceedings
At the client’s request, the law firm prepared a position paper and pleadings in a case involving a power company’s application for the acquisition of a transmission easement on the client’s property.
In particular, the question of the suspension of the course of the inheritance in the period up to 1990 due to political conditions was analyzed, as well as the question of self-possession by state-owned
enterprises until 1990, and the transfer of possession under the commercialization of enterprises.
