Sequestration – legal opinion
At the request of an investment company, the law firm prepared an extensive legal audit of a Krakow property at risk of being seized.
The analysis included, in particular, the question of the spontaneity of possession, the protection of the purchaser based on the warranty of the public
faith of the books of the land registry and the issue of the good faith of a purchaser acting in confidence in the contents of the land registry.
