Sequestration – court decision

In a non-final decision, the district court granted the request to declare that the property had been acquired by inheritance. The clients were seeking a declaration of the inheritance of portions of three plots of land in the Poznan area, which their family has been using since the 1920s. After a two-year trial, the court accepted the clients’ rationale.
