Sequestration of an interest in real estate

The law firm is handling a case for the acquisition of a 1/2 share in a property located in Poznan.

In the 1960s, under the provisions of the Act of July 6, 1972, on single-family and homestead construction areas and on the division of real estate in cities and settlements, there was a geodetic division of land plots and transfer of the

part of them in favor of one of the co-owners. As a result, the client spontaneously owned the plot of land in excess of her share and, consequently, acquired ownership of the remainder by way of a seizure.
