Return of property under municipal management – settlement

After more than a year of negotiations with the Municipality of Konstancin-Jeziorna, the law firm’s client represented by Przybecki has reached a settlement with the municipality, which has administered his historic villa over the past few years. Thus, it became possible to regain authority over the property and restore full ownership rights.
