Return of property – land reform

The firm has opened a reprivatization case, this time involving a residence in a suburban town.

So far, the law firm’s activities have included a search of archives and the acquisition of the necessary documents to prove that the property did not fall under the operation of the PKWN decree on carrying out land reform.

Attorney-at-law Tomasz Przybecki came forward as the attorney for the heir of the pre-war owner of the property and urged current holders of the

residence to surrender it and pay compensation for non-contractual use of the property.

The property was taken over by the Treasury, although due to its residential nature it could never be used for agricultural production. Currently, the villa is used as a municipal office.
