Reprivatization – the third positive decision by the governor in recent months

Attorney-at-law Tomasz Przybecki, on behalf of the heirs of the pre-war owners, led three administrative proceedings before the Wielkopolska voivode for recognition that the properties (park and palace complexes) in Posadowo, Pakoslaw and Mchy did not fall under the provisions of the decree on carrying out land reform. All proceedings have ended in past months with decisions favorable to the law firm’s clients.
