Reprivatization – settlement

The law firm led the heirs of the property’s pre-war owner to a settlement with the property’s perpetual usufructuary.

The conclusion of the settlement was preceded by the Chancellery obtaining a decision from the Governor of Wielkopolska stating that the palace and park complex, located in a village in southern Wielkopolska, did not fall under the provisions of the PKWN decree on carrying out land reform.

As part of the settlement, the heirs of the pre-war owner received monetary compensation as a waiver of claims related to the property in question. Ending the case as a settlement avoided years of litigation in court.
