Reprivatization – return of the palace

Attorney Tomasz Przybecki, acting on behalf of one of Wielkopolska’s landed gentry families, after arduous proceedings, obtained a favorable administrative decision from the Wielkopolska Governor stating that the park and palace complex was not covered by the provisions of the decree of the Polish Committee of National Liberation of September 6, 1944. Land Reform Law. The decision is final and allows, in this particular case, for the entry in the land register and, consequently, the free disposal of the property.
