Reprivatization – positive decision by the governor
The heirs of the pre-war owners of the palace and park complex, represented by the law firm, obtained a positive decision from the governor stating that the palace and park complex was not covered by the provisions of the decree on carrying out land reform.
After interviewing numerous witnesses and taking evidence from archival documents, the law firm’s argument that the residential portion of the estate was independent was accepted
