Reimbursement of kindergarten fees – first favorable judgment
Today the District Court issued a verdict in the first case against the Municipality of Wągrowiec for reimbursement of kindergarten fees.
Attorney Tomasz Przybecki, together with Konieczny Polak law firm, is handling the cases of more than 100 families who have filed against the municipality for reimbursement
fees wrongly paid for kindergartens. Today, the court confirmed in principle the validity of the arguments presented by the plaintiff.
