Reactivation of companies
The firm’s lawyers are leading efforts to reactivate a number of pre-war commercial companies.
The power of attorney was granted by the heirs of some of the pre-war partners. Although none of the companies operated after 1945,
then they are all still entered in the RHA and RHB registries. A search of KRS and National Archives records is currently underway.
