Paulian complaint – fleeing with property

The law firm prepared a lawsuit on behalf of the client to declare ineffective a contract for the sale of real estate (pauliańska complaint). The client’s debtor, being aware of the threat of execution, disposed of the only significant asset of his estate. It therefore became necessary to go to court, which secured the claim in quick time.
