Non-contractual use – the tenement owner’s lawsuit

On behalf of the owner of a tenement in Krakow, the law firm prepared and filed a lawsuit for payment of about 200,000 PLN for the non-contractual use of the property during the period when the municipal organizational unit unlawfully possessed the tenement. Voluntary surrender of the property took place last year, unfortunately, the opponent has not repaired the damage associated with the deterioration of the building substance, has not settled the benefits taken, nor paid the dues for non-contractual use.
