Lawsuit against gowork.pl
The law firm filed a lawsuit with the District Court in Poznań against the gowork.pl portal. in connection with the violation of the client’s personal rights.
Attorney-at-law Przybecki represents a large company, which has decided to enforce the portal’s administrator, through the courts, to moderate entries that damage the company’s reputation. The gowork.pl portal is an extensive online forum, which is supposed to enable job candidates to exchange information about potential employers. Without questioning the constitutionally guaranteed freedom
of expression and the right to substantive criticism, the law firm’s client is demanding that the content administrator not allow publication of those posts that clearly violate the company’s personal rights or are not verifiable in the truth/false category. The lawsuit formulated claims for the cessation of violations, publication of statements, and payment of a sum of money as compensation for the harm suffered.
