Land development – representation of residents in a dispute with a developer
The law firm undertook the representation of residents of single-family houses threatened by the location of a development project in Poznan.
At this stage of the dispute, an analysis of the legitimacy of the issuance of the zoning decision has been carried out, and an appeal will be filed at a later stage with the
Local Government Board of Appeals. In parallel, talks are being held with an investor.
