Invalidity of the decision approving the division of real estate
On behalf of the real estate investment company, the law firm applied for the annulment of the mayor’s decision approving the division of the real estate (surveying plot), as the division was made contrary to the provisions of the local zoning plan.
Meanwhile, some of the newly subdivided plots have been earmarked for one of the road projects associated with the Euro 2012 project. An important legal issue is whether such a decision
has irreversible legal effects, and consequently whether it can be declared invalid at all.
