Invalidity of court settlement – favorable verdict of DC in Poznań

Successfully concluded the proceedings before the District Court in Poznań following an appeal brought by the law firm in a case to invalidate a court settlement. The District Court shared the plaintiff’s position that a court settlement in an eviction case is invalid as long as the tenant is deprived of the right to social housing.
