Internet domains – trial before an arbitration court
Acting on behalf of one of the Poznan companies, the law firm is appearing before the Court of Conciliation and Arbitration. Internet Domains at the Polish Chamber of Telecommunications and Informatics in Warsaw.
The lawsuit against one of the company’s partners concerns the “invalidation” of a domain name containing the company’s name, which one of the partners bad faith
registered on himself, thus paralyzing the company’s operations. An arbitrator has been appointed and a hearing will be scheduled soon.
