FMCG market – verdict in compensation trial
Today, after a 3.5-year trial, a verdict was handed down in a first-instance court dismissing a damages claim against our alcoholic beverage manufacturer client.
During the long process, many witnesses were interviewed and evidence was taken from two expert opinions. The technological process of beverage production at various plants was reconstructed.
The court shared the arguments presented by the law firm, particularly those concerning the lack of passive standing on the part of our client.
