EU funds – lawsuit for unjustified reductions in funding
Today, the law firm filed a lawsuit with the District Court in Poznań against the Wielkopolska Voivodeship as the operator of the WRPO.
Acting on behalf of a manufacturing company in the food industry, we demand that the operator of EU funds pay the full subsidy under the agreement concluded with the beneficiary. The lawsuit proved necessary because the institution of the
managing authority unjustifiably questioned 10% of eligible costs and consequently, citing the irregularity found, reduced the amount of funding. We are waiting for the first hearing.
