The law firm conducted legal due diligence on a Polish entity operating in the flexographic printing market.
Our client is part of a Swedish group that is the largest supplier in Europe and Africa of dies used in one type of printing. Its goods have been on the market for more than 175 years.
A Swedish entrepreneur was interested in acquiring a Polish entity operating in the same industry, also financed by foreign capital.
We are pleased to have been able to provide our client with a report on a comprehensive due diligence study, including an analysis of the Polish company and its legal environment. This was a particularly interesting project due to its international nature and a number of cross-border issues. We wish the client many more successful investments!
