Construction law – mediation
The law firm represented the defendant investor by the construction contractor for several hundred thousand zlotys of compensation for the work performed.
During the trial before the Poznań District Court, the parties agreed to mediation, which resulted in a settlement agreement.
As a result, the client is required to pay less than half of the amounts claimed in the lawsuit by the works contractor.
