Construction law – favorable verdict for 4 million PLN

The Court of Appeals in Lodz, after recognizing an extensive appeal filed by the law firm, amended the first instance court’s judgment and dismissed the claim against the client, thereby relieving him of the obligation to pay more than PLN 4 million to the investor in connection with alleged defects in the design documentation for a public utility facility. The law firm joined the case after an unfavorable first-instance verdict for the client. Today’s verdict is final.
