The firm’s lawyers joined the lawsuit on the side of the defendant industry design studio.
The case for several hundred thousand zlotys is being litigated by a subcontractor who disagreed with the imposition of contractual penalties for the delay and the deduction of these from his due salary. He is demanding the entire compensation
in an attempt to demonstrate that the contractual penalty is overly excessive. The reasonableness and limits of the reduction of the contractual penalty will be determined by the court after an evidentiary hearing.
