Company law – problems with inheritance of shares
On behalf of a client, the law firm undertook the settlement of inheritance matters after the owner of shares in several limited liability companies.
Unfortunately, after the death of the testator, the members of the companies’ boards of directors misappropriated the will of the shareholder and made a series of transactions aimed at taking out
the assets of companies, consisting of among other things, on the sham encumbrance of real estate and the conclusion of sham contracts for the sale of shares in daughter companies.
